Join our team as a Sales Representative to consult with property and facilities management on their building needs. LaForce is one of the largest distributors of door opening products and security systems in the United States. In this position you will work directly with the customer in the commercial construction industry to identify needs and offer solutions to them. Common customers include, but are not limited to, educational and hospital facilities.

Major Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales budget
- Develop relationships with current customer base
- Grow customer base through prospecting and cold calling
- Problem solve and troubleshoot the needs of the customer
- Continuously learn and expand product knowledge
- Maintain a fluid line of communication through the quote/order life cycle with internal departments, vendors, and the customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 1-3 years of outside sales experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and computer skills
- Ability to handle basic math problems and read measurement tools
- Mechanical aptitude and interest a plus
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
