The Company:

We are an extension of the Perry Group operating out of Sarasota, Florida. We cover from Riverview down to Port Charlotte. We represent carriers within the Ancillary/Voluntary benefits world and work with Health care carriers to enhance benefits for local businesses. We are seeking to bring on motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individuals to our Sarasota/Riverview/Port Charlotte teams. If you feel you have these qualities, you might be a great fit.

The position:

Associates work directly with individuals and business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for their employees while helping to solve key issues facing businesses today. It’s a key role with well-known brands that help business owners ensure their employees can receive direct cash benefits should medical events occur.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals, and calls.
• Working with Individuals that might struggle with no health care or high deductibles.
• Working with health care brokers who have a need to use ancillary products as the cost of health care and out of pocket costs continue to skyrocket.
• Conducting meetings with employees to customize programs to meet their benefits needs.
• Engaging and enrolling interested employees in plans.
• Continuing to service employer customers through ongoing consultation on topics regarding new benefits options, and the latest benefit trends.

No experience is necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided.

Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. This is a job where we teach you how to be an entrepreneur and truly own your income. There is also residual income that will set you up for year's to come, and bring you into retirement collecting additional pay over and above social security. Our pay has a structure that includes advanced commission, lifetime renewals, bonuses, incentives such as company paid trips, and much more.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
