Experienced BDC Representative

Sun Toyota – Holiday, Florida

Sun Toyota is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated professional with a passion for selling. This position requires an upbeat, professional, well spoken, detail-oriented person, with a passion for great customer service. Customer contact is mainly via phone, text or email but may have some face to face interaction with customers. To be successful as a BDC Representative, you should have a knack for marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.

• Making outbound phone calls to generate service appointments.

• Logging customer details and comments in our system.

• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.

• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.

• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.

• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills/Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly

• Highly organized with an ability to learn quickly.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.

• Professional and personable demeanor.

• Bilingual (Preferred)

• High level of confidence, energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email

• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
