Xpressdocs is looking for an Account Manager to join our team!

In this position, you will:

• Sell and support our products and services, and train, develop and maintain accounts and customer databases
• Achieve and maintain an expert level of understanding on the Xpressdocs System including all functionality, general and client specific programs, pricing, and products
• Analyze and determine the needs of our customers in order to recommend and execute implementation strategies
• Effectively document, organize, and communicate client needs and expectations to facilitate the team’s ability to successfully formulate detailed project plans
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries with expediency to ensure satisfaction

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in similar environment
• Must be quality conscious, detail orientated, organized and self-motivated
• Ability to anticipate problems and resolve effectively
• Ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills
• Posses the ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time
• Posses the ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time
• Posses the ability to move throughout all departments within the company; including our production areas
• Posses the ability to be confined in a small area; such as a cubical
• Posses the ability to operate phones and computers
