Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Create quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
• Issue insurance documentation and assist with payments and policy changes.
• Answer client questions, problem solve,and follow up.
• Educate and advise clients.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required, Licensing assistance available.
• Insurance Sales/Customer Service experience required.
• Strong computer and technical proficiency, including multi-line phone systems and Agency Management software.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is receptive to coaching.
