Responsible for the management of a portfolio of the most complex real estate assets ensuring the highest possible investment performance for each asset managed, and will maintain the compliance of all account assets within the Privately Held Investments policies and procedures.Location: Remote
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Ensure proper administrative and reporting procedures are conducted for each asset, while ensuring policy compliance and operating efficiency.
- Maintain control of liability to the account and to the bank that may result from asset management decisions and escalate issues to management in a timely manner to mitigate risk.
- Establish a constant and open communication with the account officer and advise him/her of decisions or events which will affect the client.
- Actively work cross-functionally and support market teams' to generate new revenue growth & engagement of clients by presenting the PHI capabilities and value proposition.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for assigned assets to ensure coding is correct, deficiencies are identified and vital documentation is maintained.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, tenants, vendors and other third parties.
- Document all significant events, decision making steps and decisions.
- Assist in the creation of Committee compliance items such as Pre Acceptances, Sales, and Expenses, as necessary and present items to the Committee as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in trust management, business, or equivalent experience, education, and related training
- Minimum 10 years' experience in real estate management in multiple property types or a Minimum 10 years' experience in fiduciary matters
- Strong technical and regulatory background.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and presenting presentations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively with industry professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a graduate-level trust school program (ABA, Cannon, or other comparable provider)
- Certification as Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or comparable designation
- Advanced degree in law, business or accounting
