Sunstream Boat Lifts is exploding in growth with the hottest products in the boat lift market! We are looking to expand our sales team to match our growth, creating several openings for quality account managers. The Account Manager position develops strong relationships with assigned dealer accounts, assisting them in growth, training, and customer satisfaction. The primary purpose is to ensure that our customer support and account management activities are best-in-class and represent our high-end, high-quality brand. Current openings in Midwest, Northeast and at headquarters in Kent, WA.
Sunstream primarily sells through a dealer network of dock builders, boat dealers and boat lift dealers throughout the world. Our innovative products have disrupted the boat lift industry for over 25 years, and our markets are high-end customer-oriented and located in some of the most beautiful places. Our boat lifts enable customers to boat with more fun more often. Our culture is high-energy, customer focused and team oriented.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grow assigned accounts and company sales by delivering high-level customer support and account development.
- Work with dealer accounts in planning and placing sales orders.
- Enter and manage account sales orders.
- Prepare and provide sales quotes to assigned accounts.
- Field account warranty inquiries and escalate as necessary.
- Provide first-tier technical and commercial support via telephone and email.
- Qualify inbound leads, distribute to appropriate dealers, and manage dealer conversion rate.
- Promote new products to assigned accounts.
- Provide timely response to online and social media inquiries.
- Capture account communication within CRM
- Occasionally represent Sunstream at boat shows and events.
- Assist in preparation and presentation of account Business Reviews
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of account management or customer support experience with proven track record of success
- Proficient use of CRM (PipeDrive preferred)
- Marine industry experience or an interest in boating highly desirable
- Both business-to-business and business-to-consumer experience highly desirable
- Ability to effectively work remotely as needed.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and follow through.
- Technically adept, mechanically inclined problem-solving skills preferred
- Effective use of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook 365 preferred
- Can-do, highly motivated self-starter attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Authorized to work full-time in the US.
Benefits:
- Base salary $50,000-60,000 (DOE) plus variable component rewarding growth and customer satisfaction. OTE $70,000-$90,000.
