Then you might be the Inside Sales Representative that our Sales Team is looking for!

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of a consultative selling process and has a passion for building relationships, providing value and insight to the prospect at every step and interaction. The Account Executive will be handling all aspects of a deal from discovery to closing. Inside sales position. Leads are provided, no cold-calling required.

Compensation: Base salary of $40,000 + uncapped commissions. Average 70-80k OTE in the first year. Top performers earning $150k+. We also provide paid training.

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and engage with new customers to identify leads
  • Establish new client relationships from outbound calls, visits, and tradeshows to build recurring revenue streams
  • Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to allow proper follow ups with prospective clients
  • Adjust content of sales presentations and other relevant materials to suit specific client needs
  • Develop understanding of different distribution channels and focus sales efforts accordingly
  • Own your own pipeline of clients and manage the sales process from end to end: lead generation through negotiation and closing
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results, competitive developments, and client feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management

Knowledge, Skills, and Education:

  • Strong written and spoken English is required
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to establish a rapport and connection with new leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to client questions
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
