About Hanover Yachts:

Hanover Yachts is a growing brand of premium yachts and powerboats. Founded in 2020.

Job summary:

As Experienced Yacht Broker, you’ll represent Hanover in the US, making a key contribution to the brand identity of the company in the luxury yachts segment. You will be in charge of different sales channels, manage and handle incoming leads & communicate with potential buyers.

We are seeking a yacht broker with previous experience either in yachting or sales to join our fast growing company. This role will be based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

You are expected to perform all aspects of the sales trajectory to the highest quality. and expected to lead sales.

Duties:

• Ongoing communication with clients
• Responsible for understanding the yacht market and pricing
• Collecting information on yachts for accurate and detailed listings.
• Responsible for showing boats
• Compose and handle written commutation including emails, letters with professionalism.
• Complete legal documents for listings and purchase agreements
• Manage all aspects of the sales process
• Participate in boat shows and company sponsored events.

Requirements:

• Current yacht salesperson license or ability to obtain one in the State of Florida
• Must be able to work on-site daily in our Fort Lauderdale office (9am-5pm business days) plus off-hours availability for questions, meetings, boats shows or other events.
• Computer Fluency: Ability to use web-based MLS and CRM technologies
• Highly professional, organized and detail-oriented
• Focus on customer service at a very high level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Hollywood, FL 33020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Yacht / Boat Sales: 5 years (Required)
• Boating: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Captain's License (Preferred)
• Yacht Broker License (Preferred)
