Freymiller, a family owned & operated trucking company for 50 + years is currently searching for motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing Freight Brokerage Team in Euless, TX. Logistics Account Manager will be working to secure business on a daily basis by making sales calls and face to face sales. Our focus is to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers by securing competitive rates while providing the highest quality customer service. They will have the support of an operations team to ensure all aspects of the business are being handled in a timely manner. We offer a competitive salary plus un-capped commission. Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound sales calls to grow and maintain a book of business.
• Negotiating competitive rates while ensuring a profitable return.
• Using innovative prospecting techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Establishing strong relationships with customers in order to increase business.
• Utilize our advanced software to ensure customers are being kept up to date during the load process.
• Meet and exceed growth targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and going above and beyond expectations.
• Staying current with industry trends and business markets to target potential clients.
• Support Freymillers core values of Safety, Professionalism, Integrity and Excellence.

Qualifications:

• Freight Brokerage / Logistics industry experience requested.
• Must have entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for success.
• Ability to generate new business by making multiple outbound sales calls as well as occasional face to face sales.
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Microsoft Office skillset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
