INSIDE SALESPERSON

Reports To:

The INSIDE SALES PERSON will report to the REVENUE MANAGER.

Key Roles:

1. Architect, Customer and Agent Liaison

2. Manage leads, agent sales reports and closing reports.

3. Address project specific issues.

4. Lead architectural review meetings as needed.

Description of Responsibilities:

An inside salesperson is responsible for selling Cladding Corp and ECO Cladding products or services to customers over the phone or through email, rather than in-person.

The job description for an inside salesperson to includes the following:

• Sales target attainment: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
• Customer prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers via phone or email.
• Lead generation: Qualifying and converting leads from various avenues (suppliers, construct connect, info@...) into sales opportunities.
• Product knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively sell them to customers.
• Sales pitch and proposal creation: Creating compelling sales pitches and proposals to convince customers to buy the product or service.
• Identifying new sales opportunities.
• Managing a sales pipeline and keeping it up to date via Salesforce (owner of SalesForce).
• Managing post bid / closing pipeline.
• Conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to suggest appropriate products or services.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must communicate well with fellow employees, customers, vendors, contractors, and agents.
• Candidate must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $40,000 – 50,000 annual.
• Bonus: .0005% of annual sales (projected to be between $5,000 - $7,500)
