Compensation:

$35,000 - $150,000+ - Commission Based

Responsibilities:

• Prospect home buyer and seller leads using our systems and tools, leveraging and expanding your circle of influence.
• Learn and interpret local market data to be knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities.
• Meet with home buyers and sellers to build a plan of action that meets their specific needs.
• Manage the closing process, creating a smooth, effortless transaction experience.
• Follow up and follow, though! These are the most important factors to a successful real estate career!

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient with new technologies and adaptations
• Previous sales experience and success is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skill are key
• Understanding social media to use as a brand-building tool
• NYS Real Estate License (resources available to become licensed)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,436.00 - $129,274.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
