Now Hiring - Account Specialist in Orange, CA

The Role:

The Account Specialist works directly under the supervision of the Account Manager’s to provide professional sales service, meet or exceed sales goal and margin goal, maintain long-term customer relationship and achieve customer satisfaction, and fully understand company operation environment.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist every sales member on clerical work: mailing, copying, filing, and TIS data entry.

-Help sales in sales order processing.

-Process RMA requests.

-Call customers to follow-up payments.

-Get latest trade reference list and insurance binder.

-Update customers about back orders status and shipment status.

-Provide price update and new product information to customers.

-Prepare employee purchase sales order and handle approval process.

-Forward customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to the corresponding personnel.

-Report discrepancies with purchase orders and inventory levels.

-Participate in team meetings and company activities.

-Back up other team members in answering incoming calls and take messages.

-Perform other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

-BA/BS from an accredited university.

-Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, marketing, or business development experience.

-Basic knowledge of finance and business operations.

-Excellent numerical literacy, detail-oriented ability to multi-task.

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team in a dynamic technical sales environment.

-Solid customer relation skills; must be proactive at following up with prospective customers.

-Ability to deliver compelling technical presentation about Transcends products.

-Excellent PC skills; fluency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
