• Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must!
• Previous Customer Service and Sales experience required.
• Ability to use Eleads/CDK and general automotive knowledge is a plus but not necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have prior sales and customer service experience.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Highly professional and dependable
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Proficient computer and internet skills
• Ability to use Eleads/CDK and general automotive knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends as required.
