Full description of the position

Artisun Solar is an industrial commercial solar company. We work with businesses to reduce operating costs by taking advantage of tax incentives and locking in decades of savings that will hedge against rising energy costs.

We are actively looking to grow our Business Development Appointment Setting team.

If you’re a

- Self-starter who’s willing to work hard, learn quickly, and be coached to succeed

And you’re willing to

- Make at least 300 cold calls a week to business owners in order to set appointments for our sales team

- Follow a scripted cadence, and receive coaching to make it your own and be conversational

- Use a CRM to manage your pipeline

- Use Excel to put together a detailed analysis of the electrical use of customers

- Work as a team to grow and learn, in order to impact individual results
