Full description of the position

Los Gatos, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Business Development Associate in our Tree Care Sales division, who will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and estimating job costs. The individual’s regular tasks would include writing up daily estimates for various clients, attend H.O.A. meetings, cold-call new clients, and network with customers. This is accomplished through constant communication and daily in-person appointments with customers and prospects.

Skills we're seeking:

• Minimum of 2 years industry sales experience or 5 years of related industry experience
• Experience in outside sales, generating new business leads, and networking
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred or willing to obtain
• Analytical skills and math skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to build solid business relationships
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to move/lift/carry up to 50lbs
