We are looking for a Client Services Associate/Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Client Services Associate will support the core functions of the administrative team as they relate to the overall needs of multiple advisors and their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Answer client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Open new accounts and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain client files, prepare forms and correspondence.
• maintain professional e-mail account and communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions.
• Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with clients.
• Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Review and take appropriate action on alerts from home office.
• Ability to adapt to new responsibilities as needed or required
• Provide feedback to management on client issues.

Education / Experience / Skills:

• 3 Years of experience in financial services industry.
• Series 7 license preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel, and an ability to learn internal systems and processes.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented /time management skills
• Professional appearance. Maintain confidentiality. Friendly and positive attitude.

Pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
