We are a very busy agency looking for an assistant to our Personal lines department.

Job Description:

• assisting and supporting our Personal Lines Sales Producers
• running quotes, discussing coverage with clients, binding policies.
• processing policies, submitting required documentation, handling underwriting memo’s and other daily activities
• working with clients on needed documents and information
• verifying accurate policy issuance
• answering phones and general client questions
• become educated on our products and companies we use

Requirements:

• licensing – a 4-40, 2-20 or 20-44 state insurance license is required. We will license the right person
• good computer skills in order to navigate the numerous insurance company websites
• professional communications with our clients and insurance companies
• scanning, faxing, copying and relatively fast typing
• a great attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation
• ability to retain and apply information received from training, reading and email updates
• organization, efficient work habits and the use of our cutting edge technology systems Insurance products we primarily offer:
