Job Description
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales / Customer Care Representative at our headquarters located in Redmond, WA. If you have a passion for customer service, are self-motivated and love working in a team player environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

· A strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
· Excellent phone presence with the ability to competently de-escalate issues
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge and understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Utilization of cloud based Netsuite software to invoice sales orders, manage internal and external correspondence, and document customer and sales related activities
- Process all incoming orders promptly as received, ensuring the accuracy of all relevant details (products, specifications, processing requirements, shipping, etc.)
- Assist the sales team with accurate and timely customer inquiries
- Generate regular outbound courtesy calls
- Initiate the dispersal of sample boxes and marketing collateral to prospective customers
- Proactively contact customers to inform them as soon as determined that their order will be late or incomplete and offer substitutions when applicable
- Willingness to work cooperatively and collaboratively across all departments to provide Fanaco customers with the best possible experience
- Work closely with freight vendors for tracking orders and scheduling pickups
- Continuously working towards process improvement
- Actively seek new business from current customers
- Assist in the creation and adherence to specific goals defined in job Performance Agreement
- Other duties as assigned
