Wayfinder Moving Services Inc is actively searching for a Call Center Rep/Sales! We’re aiming to find someone who believes in value-based sales and passion for what they do! If you’re an upbeat, motivated, cheerful, creative, and passionate “people-person” then we ABSOLUTELY need to have a chat!

Job Responsibilities:

• Presenting and discussing several moving options and services based on the customer's needs, desires, and situation
• Communicate with customers and coworkers effectively to build the overall customer experience
• Convert phone estimates into scheduled moving jobs
• Maintain relationship throughout from sale to end of the move
• Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
• Be able to navigate and work within a high-operating CRM system
• Accept payments via phone
• Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
• Contacting customers about new sales and special events
• Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development
• Will perform Customer Service when not booking leads

Compensation Plan:

• $40,000 - $45,000 per year plus 2% commission (Commissions are Monthly on top of base pay)

Very strong lead flow with high-quality conversion rates.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Requirements:

• MUST sound and articulate great on the phone
• MUST have sales experience, PREFERABLY moving sales experience
• MUST be upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable & trustworthy
• At least 2 years of Call Center experience as well as in Sales
