Full description of the position

We are currently looking for a career minded individual to fill an entry level “Skylight Solutions Expert” position. To meet with our leads, bid the job and close leads. We will provide 80+% of your leads. With 15+ leads provided each week.

Base salary + plus commissions with no cap. paid on a percentage of Gross Sales the following month (no waiting for the job or the money)

You should be bright and energetic with a solutions frocsed mindset.

We will provide inbound leads that have information on customer needs, then you will do an on site evaluation and provide a solution proposal to the customer and sell them on an excellent customer service oriented company and the experienced field staff we provide. You need to be able to comfortably carrying a ladder and getting on roofs.

What we ARE:

500 + leads a year. 8am-5pm Monday -- Friday No weekends required

We are looking for: Hard working and have a great attitude! Experience in sales, College degree and/or construction experience is a bonus but we will train!

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Bidding the projects with our software
• Closing the deals
• Other duties as requested
