Coldmaster Inc has its main office in Largo, Florida. And over two subsidiaries and multiple distributors across Mexico and South America, with over 35 years of experience in the refrigeration & heating industry.

Training will be provided, and salary can be discussed based on experience and performance during the trial period (3 Months).

Work you’ll Do/Responsibilities

• Work with our technical team to solve issues arising from returns or support being provided to customers.
• Debug objects in production system to help in resolution of production incidents.
• Experience car A/C kits assembly, and mechanical knowledge gathering.
• Provide reports and analysis to our R&D department.
• Reach out to potential customers regarding Coldmaster’s products and services.
• Provide quotations to customers on a weekly basis.
• Communicate with clients in order to determine their needs in detail.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery.
• Assist in creating sales/marketing materials to be published on e-commerce platforms.

Professional Requirements

• University or Technological college equivalent degree.
• Experience & Training using mainly Excel and Power Point. (Adobe Illustrator will be a plus).
• Experience using QuickBooks and Ebay’s corporate user interface.
• Experience on marketing and sales.
• Languages: English & Spanish.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
