This is a fast paced, high ranking State Farm office. If you are an experienced sales person looking to make a difference in people's lives while making salary + commision and renewals, than this is the right office for you.

We are currently hiring Insurance Agents who will be responsible for finding and building relationships with new clients, informing them of the benefits of insurance and helping to protect their assets. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to connect with people easily. A 4-40, 2-15, or 2-20 license is preferred but not required. We are willing to help the right candidate get their state license. Bi-Lingual welcome! $250 sign on Bonus for an unlicensed individual, $500 sign on bonus for a 4-40 licensed individual, and $750 sign on bonus for a 2-20 licensed individual at 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Assess customer's assets vs. Liabilities
• Provide information about coverage shortfalls and liability concerns to customers.
• Recommend various plans of action based on customer's needs.
• Explain details of coverage to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
