About the Role:

We are seeking Field Representatives to act as a brand ambassador for our client AT&T to grow our door-to-door sales within respective neighborhoods. Powered by state-of-the-art fiber optic and wireless networks, AT&T delivers world-class entertainment and communications services to residential, business and public sector customers across the United States. Here’s where you come in…

  • Drive and support the sale of AT&T Home Internet and Cellular Phone Service by being a brand ambassador visiting residential customers face to face through tactics including canvassing and cold calling
  • Work from a client provided territory lead list to market AT&T products to drive sales in residential areas
  • Identify the specific needs of customers and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle delivering best-in-class customer service experience
  • Deliver best in class customer experience as an ambassador of the AT&T brand
  • Meet with your team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
  • Use the Sales Rabbit system to manage your lead funnel
  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, AT&T

  • Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability for frequent travel across your assigned territory as required
  • Fulltime work schedule; Tuesday through Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm to maximize customer contact

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $100,000.00 per year
