The Right Choice Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Inside Sales Representative position.

Position Summary:

We seek a motivated inside sales team member to grow business with existing and new clients. Technical sales reps should excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and provide excellent customer service. You will performs necessary tasks to support sales staff in achieving established sales goals. Provides interactive customer service with internal departments and customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Speak to homeowners and Generate sales leads
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Have fun while doing what you do best

CSR - Customer Service Requirements:

• Able to arrive at work on time 8-5
• Work as a team or by yourself
• Be respectful for team members
• 0-2 yrs experience
• Professional/Effective verbal and written communication skills are required
