Bilingual Insurance Agent

Spanish & English speaking is required for this position.

Insurance Sales Responsibilities Include: Prospecting and generating new business through superior leads & referrals; conducting policy reviews; Generating quotes; Relationship building; providing excellent client support

Licensing Requirements:

• A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be able to obtain a property and casualty license within 60 days. (we will provide guidance) .
• Competitive licensing bonus

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English in written and oral (Required)
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills -written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
