JOB DESCRIPTION
CFS is hiring a client-facing Business Development Manager to grow a large territory in Atlanta.

Work with a successful team of driven and collaborative professionals. You will learn a TON, be given lots of independence, and provide a valuable service that is win-win-win. CFS is a 100% employee-owned company, and we only promote from within, so there is plenty of room for growth!

The Position:

  • Sales role is focused on creating relationships and gaining clients as the “face” of CFS
  • Connect with hiring managers to learn about their company and explain how CFS can help
  • Uncover job opportunities and find out exactly what clients need in a new employee
  • Collaborate with the recruiters on your team to find the best possible candidate for each job
  • Follow up with clients—resolve any questions/concerns and continue building the relationship
