Job Summary:

The Territory Manager is a professional responsible for effectively managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and optimizing sales operations within a specific geographic area. They develop sales strategies, provide guidance to clients on selling products, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
  • Manage and grow sales within the designated territory through effective territory management strategies
  • Set sales targets and work towards achieving or surpassing them
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the territory, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the territory, including identifying target customers and executing sales activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities for territory expansion into new market segments and develop plans for growth
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage allocated sales budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient resource utilization within the territory

  • Technical proficiency in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and sales technologies
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer needs, and virtual selling strategies
  • In-depth sales expertise, including knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, lead generation, and remote deal closing

The Territory Manager is a full-time position in person Monday through Friday 9am-6pm at our Weston, Florida offices. Compensation includes base salary, optional benefits, and semi-monthly commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $33,000.00 per year
