THE ROLE
Are you a skilled tactician in the art of one-call close sales? Are you passionate about nurturing a team to unlock their full potential? We are on the hunt for a Sales Manager to build, nurture, and guide a sales team that will redefine how roofing sales are done. With your expertise in consultative selling and your flair for team-building, we'll set a new standard for success.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire new sales team, ensuring they are a good fit for the team and have the skills needed to succeed.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Use data-driven strategies to monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hold regular sales meetings to foster communication and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Deliver on personal sales targets, closing deals with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads and foster a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
- Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor local and regional market trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- Encourage a positive and motivated team culture, celebrating successes and supporting team members in overcoming challenges.
- Plan and execute regular training and development sessions for your team to keep skills and product knowledge up-to-date.
- Participate in industry networking events to maintain visibility and promote our brand.

QUALIFICATIONS*
- Proven success record of recruiting and training a sales team.
- Proven record at closing through in-home sales consultative selling.
- Experience as a sales manager, ideally in the home Improvement industry.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (No DUI/Major Infractions).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
