Your Role in a Nutshell

Headquartered in Toronto, we are looking to open our new office in Miami, Florida (Brickell Bay area). This is a brand-new role that requires an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate comes with a hybrid experience of a Senior Account Executive/General Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining and overseeing efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for the team.

You will also need a hunter mindset who will lead, motivate, and collaborate in building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate. You will be the SME (subject matter expert), lead all demos, closing deals while maintaining the prospect database and develop strategies to engage potential customers.

Scope of Duties

  • Call new clients, manage, and report on your activities and pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Establish systems to manage team performance across business development and digital marketing and customer services.
  • Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and other leadership.
  • Work closely with other senior executives to develop and implement the company's strategic plans.
  • Build a client focused culture, lead presentations to prospective clients and existing customers, and serve as point of escalation.
  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Manage local vendor relations and liaising with the landlord for general office management
  • Reporting to management office progress on all operations and procedures.

What You Offer

  • Proven sales experience preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment as an account executive.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the healthcare sector, medspas, aesthetics OR established medical setting.
  • Proven experience with delivering sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Education and training in a business discipline preferred or a combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to understand complex workflows, employee dynamics, software integration process.
  • Must have strong skills in MS Office. CRM experience is required, HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset
