We are a local, family owned independent insurance agency that has been in Fenton for over 40 years. We are seeking a full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative with Personal Lines insurance experience to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with billing and coverage changes
• Identify customer needs and market appropriate products
• Quote new and renewal personal lines coverage with multiple insurance companies
• Cross-sell all lines of insurance to new and existing customers
• Educate and assist customers regarding policy terms and coverages
• Update customer information in the agency database during and after each interaction
• Stay up to date on new company products and service

Job Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty licensed
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer, phone, grammar and communication skills

• Willingness to learn new products and services
• Great customer service skills
