Job Description

Greg Geary Allstate Insurance is looking for an Insurance Agent to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a great team player, and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Service current policies by making appropriate changes, billings, and any other requested task.
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience

Job qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
• Must be Property and Casualty licensed
• Goal oriented
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and in a team setting
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
