Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Responsible to maintain and review financial statements
· Timely processing of all payables and cash receipts
· Bank reconciliations and cash flow report generation and review
· Ensure accuracy of all account payables
· Downloading and coding all credit card statements
· Client payroll processing and year-end reconciliations
· Generate monthly commissions schedules
· Responsible for performing all client requests
· Annual and quarterly corporate filings such as BOE reporting, Census and Business License
· Responsible for prioritizing and processing incoming physical and email
· Supervise assistant[s]
· Manage clients cash flow
· Prepare schedules, as needed
· Prepare year-end tax packages for all entities
· Prepare year-end 1099’s
· Cash balance review as requested

· Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
· Proficient in Datafaction and Agillink
· Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
· Full comprehension of general ledger
· Ability to review and prepare financial statements
· Must be able to identify insurance exposure and take action informing the appropriate departments
· Ability to read and record brokerage statements and new investments
· Ability to prepare and review 1099’s
· Ability to review, record and process payroll
· Ability to interact with clients and vendors
· Ability to give clear concise directions and instructions to assistant when applicable
· Ability to prioritize and delegate workload
· Good leadership and organizational skills
· Work well under pressure
· Multi-task and follow through to completion
· Must handle themselves professionally, including being discreet with client and firm information
· Work well with others
· Adhere to firm policies and procedures
· Meet all department deadlines and work any extra time, as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
