Tesla is seeking a highly organized Leasing professional to play a pivotal role on our rapidly growing Real Estate team.. The Leasing Coordinator (Real Estate) must be an effective communicator with the proven ability to collabrotate with a broad sprectrum of internal & external stakeholders. A strong wotk ethic and a can-do mindset are essential. Candidates must have proven experience excelling in an extremely fast-paced environment. This key support role will be based in Fremont, CA

• Coordinate final approvals and execution of lease documents including distribution of documents.
• Manage and create Purchase Order related to real estate transactions.
• Assist with utilities setup for new locations and coordinate with Engie to create accounts.
• Implement and manage onboarding process of Landlords to Tesla’s internal systems.
• Assist the Real Estate Team as needed to ensure Tesla has a robust real estate pipeline.

• Fast learner
• Ability to multi-task and work under a fast paced environment
• Avid user of Microsoft Office suites
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proactive and ability to work with minimal guidance
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
• Associate degree preferred
