Sales Assistant- Are you energetic, self-motivated and good with deadlines? Skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint? Would you like to put these skills to work in a fast-paced energy filled environment where no two days are alike? Then we would like to talk with you about becoming a member of our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Entering advertising sales orders for broadcast and digital
• Regular communication with the Director of Sales, national reps, and agency buyers as well as Account Executives, Local Advertising agencies and local direct clients
• Develop a firm understanding of the sales process and Comscore ratings
• Organizing and maintaining schedules, along with maintaining Sales materials
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· Skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must

· Ability to multi-task a must.

· Knowledge of digital and social media marketing a plus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Providence, RI 02904: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
