Full description of the position

Room to grow! Learn from a Manager with nearly 20 years of experience and Sales Reps who have been in the industry for nearly a decade.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 5 a.m. to Noon
• Wednesday: 3 a.m. to Noon
• Rotating Saturday schedule.

Warehouse Utility Responsibilities:

• Packs customer orders.
• Cleans coolers.
• Makes and/or organizes shipping boxes.
• Disposes old product.
• Sweeps floors.
• Prepares water buckets.
• Organizes warehouse supplies.
• Assists with physical inventory counts.

Sales Responsibility: Supports Sales Rep team with pulling orders and any other sales needs.

• Ready and willing to take on technology!
• Greets and assists customers both over the phone and in person.
• Develops a strong product knowledge .
• Offers alternative products recommendations.
• Ensures data integrity (i.e. invoices, purchase orders, UPC codes, etc.)
• Assists with receiving product deliveries.

Team Responsibilities:

• Forms strong working relationships within various teams. Treats each individual with respect.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information 100% of the time.
• Meets with supervisor on a weekly basis to review projects and outcomes.
• Brings issues and solutions to supervisor within 24 hours.
• Performs other duties as needed such as pulling orders, cleaning coolers, etc.

Working Conditions:

• Constant to frequent standing and/or walking.
• Frequent need of lifting or carrying (up to 25 lbs.).
• Frequent periods of working inside a cooler with temperature ranging between 32 and 45 degrees.
• Extended hours during busy season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
