Hilliard Office Solutions has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in Lubbock, Texas.

Hilliard is looking for an individual who is strong at B2B sales AND has a desire to succeed and a heart for leading others. Hilliard provides businesses with technology products such as copiers and printers, computers, interactive displays as well as a portfolio of IT products and services including Managed IT Services, IT Help Desk, Computer Hardware/Software, IT Project Consulting and more.

Job Purpose:

Develop and lead a team of 4 to 5 sales professionals to sell Hilliard services and products.

Job Description:

- Contributes to team effort by selling strategic accounts. Leads by example.

- Develop sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Should enjoy teaching others.

- Must be capable of developing industry-leading professional and technical knowledge and teaching others the same.

- Contributes to team effort by managing accounts as needed. Leads by example.

- Achieve sales objectives by executing the company plans for targeting and sales.

- Develop and implement strategic sales training/programs/action plans for the sales team on a quarterly basis.
