Full description of the position

Join our elite Kitchen and Bath Plumbing Showroom team! The role includes but is not limited to:

• Greet and welcome clients to the showroom
• Assist walk-ins with general inquiries
• Set appointments for clients with the sales team
• Facilitate same day and walk-in sales
• Ensure displays are kept clean and tidy
• Check lead times and shipping info for open orders
• Assist with annual inventory
• Keep literature library organized
• Set expectations and guide clients through the sales process
• Cover the sales floor during lunch breaks etc
• Assist warehouse with showroom related questions
• Set up orders for delivery/pickup
• Help create marketing material, maintain contact lists, and organize client events

Candidates should have a warm and caring personality, and be passionate about helping people. Telephone, internet and calendaring skills required, along with the ability to interpret specifications and measurements. Plumbing knowledge not required, though an understanding of design and construction will be helpful. There is potential for growth to a full sales role. Hourly rate $18-22 DOE.
