Purpose of Job :
Ensure compliance with all carriers represented by agency. Monitor and maintain state regulatory requirements pertaining to agency and producer licensing. Submit agency and producer applications for carrier appointments and act as administrator for each carrier website. Serve as liaison between carrier representatives and agency management to schedule meetings or provide producer training.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
- Process and maintain insurance agency licensing.
2. Process and maintain producer licensing and continuing education requirements for licensed staff.
3. Continuously monitor multiple state agencies for new or revised regulatory requirements to ensure proper compliance for agency and producer licensing
4. Administer appointment applications to obtain carrier appointments for producers and provide support to leadership during onboarding of new carriers.
5. Schedule carrier training for all new hires and facilitate ongoing training when new products are released by carriers.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
- 3 years’ administrative experience.
- Demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing and presenting information.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Property and Casualty License
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Thorough knowledge of all personal lines insurance products especially those represented through HomeServices Insurance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques.
Experience
Preferred- 2 year(s): Two years successful servicing experience with independent agency (or equivalent).
