We are looking for a Manufacturing and Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a blended role with important responsibilities supporting both the Production and Sales departments. The successful candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and strong multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years Manufacturing experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with any ERP software systems is a plus
• Customer service skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Dependability and punctuality a must!

Production Responsibilities

• Inventory control - regular counting in our warehouses and monitoring inventory levels in our ERP system. Note that there are some physical demands to this part of the job. Inventory control requires 10-15 hours per week of counting and inspecting materials in our warehouses. Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred but we are also willing to teach!
• Production data entry - daily production planning and productivity reporting, assist with purchasing and receiving inventory, processing warehouse transfers

Sales Responsibilities

• Sales data entry - customer sales confirmations, invoicing, light clerical work
• Managing freight arrangements - coordination with customers, Walker's drivers, and 3rd party freight carriers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
