The Director of First Impressions & Agent Services Coordinator is a talented, growth-based, service-oriented individual, who is the face of the company. We are looking for someone to oversee the front desk, provide executive assistant functions as well as managing the new agent onboarding process.
The Director of First Impressions & Agent Services Coordinator will be responsible for greeting guests & associates, being a resource for tools & services, and an advocate for promoting Keller Williams culture & values. The right person for this role will need to have a relationship-based attitude.
The Director of First Impressions & Agent Services Coordinator will also assist in the management of the private & public communications channels we utilize (social media, email, text, etc.) by working on graphic design projects, and providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Director of First Impressions - Front Desk
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains the appearance of the office.
- Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunch coordination, etc.
- Creating marketing materials for the Market Center and distributing them via email, social media channels, & text in order to effectively tell our story.
- Agent Services Coordinator
- Manage the onboarding process for Agents joining the Market Center.
- Assisting with the preparation of materials for agents joining the Market Center.
- Be a resource for agents for their questions & training needs.
- Maintains continuity within the Market Center by building relationships with agents and being a cultural leader.
Knowledge/Skills
- Must be an extremely quick & self-driven learner.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Responsive to voicemails, emails, & questions.
- Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in the use of the entire Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Social Media management is a must.
- Technology skills relating to office communication systems as well as computer, projector, and technology set up for meetings and classes.
- Ability to teach Keller Williams models & systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
