WMSN is seeking a detail oriented Digital Sales Assistant who has strong written and oral communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, and sales report maintenance
• Input and maintain digital and broadcast orders, including revisions
• Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants, Marketing Associate, and Management team
• Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generate support materials for local/digital sales presentations
• Various administrative duties and contract fulfillment
• Generate monthly client invoicing and reports
• Provide research from multiple vendor platforms
• Ongoing training to stay well versed in the changing digital marketing landscape
• Work closely with Compulse Digital Agency employees for all local campaigns
• Generate client campaign reporting for the sales team
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Skilled with Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Learn to perform work using OSi, Ad Connections, Sell CRM, Google Analytics, Outlook, AOS and other programs
• Great attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
• Strong analytical ability and understanding of data-driven systems
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Able to work directly with clients on resolving issues with professionalism and patience
• Graphic design skills are not required but are a plus
