About us

Showmark, LLC is a growing manufacturer of innovative winding systems used in the Medical, Aerospace, Fiberoptic, Fishing, 3D Printing, and Wire industries. As a Technical Sales Engineer you will work with customers around the world to specify winding systems that are critical to the manufacture of medical suture and catheters, aerospace guidance systems, fiberoptic wire, 3D printing filament, fishing line, and conventional wire. Our work environment is innovative, fun and rewarding. 90% of your time will be spent in our Exton, PA office with an occassional trip to industry tradeshows and customers. Most sales are a result of leads and inquiries generated by our website, tradeshows, and returning customers.

Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Follow-up leads generated from our website, tradeshows, and inquiries from repeat customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers at our facility, on video, or on location
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role
- Ability to master features, specifications, and applications of our products and services
Thorough and ongoing training is provided on the concepts and designs of our systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
