OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER
SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for executing sale strategies to increase company revenue growth through new business prospecting, acquisition and account base management by working closely with potential clients, building strong relationships and identifying and securing all opportunities to meet their metal fabrication product needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following but not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the metal fabrication manufacturing industry through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- ·Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential customers to showcase benefits and features of company metal fabrication manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including executive, engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure timely, accurate, and quality order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and company positioning for optimal sales generation.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote our products.
QUALIFICATIONS

- BS/BA in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field OR at least three? Years of industry related sales experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, solid metal fabrication manufacturing industry experience.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Analytical mindset coupled with a strong business acumen
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
