Property Manager

• Previous experience with property management
• Strong leadership skills

Duties:

• Keep the property at a healthy occupancy level.
• Strong collections
• Keep a strong relationship with tenants.
• Responsible to complete daily task operating at the property.
• make sure vacancy are turned and made ready for future move ins.
• oversee renovations at the property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
