We are Farmers, a locally owned and operated insurance agency in beautiful Overland Park, Kansas and we are growing our remote and in-office sales team!

We are looking to hire sales professionals regardless of where you live in the U.S., or the industry that your previous sales success has come from. We offer a hybrid-workspace and are looking to hire for full-time positions on both our remote and in-office sales team. You do not need prior insurance experience for this position, and if you can obtain your KS Property & Casualty license within 30 days of starting then we will reimburse you for your licensing expense. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Developing insurance quotes, presenting quotes to customers and then closing the quote for the sale
• Working as a team with our Client Services Representative in managingclient relationships for policy renewals, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintaininga strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Documentedsuccess in closing sales regardless of the industry
• KS Property & Casualty License must be obtained within 30 days of starting
• Track record of dependability,trustworthinessand ethical behavior both personally & professionally
• Coachable and a team player that works well with others
• Excellent communication skills & language skills bothwritten & verbal, interpersonally and with clients.
• Ability to multi-task and function at a high level to meet sales expectations & goalsin an autonomous work setting
