We are looking for a team player in the position of Residential Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Residential Sales Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience
- This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- Innovative thinker and supports change throughout the division.
Responsibilities for the Residential Sales Manager:
- Work within the bank's internal corporate strategy team to identify, develop and implement strategies for the Residential lending business.
- Manage activities of the Residential Mortgage Unit including, coaching, origination, and referral development.
- Active and visible community and industry involvement to broaden and leverage relationship networks, referral sources and continually deepen knowledge of trends and changes that affect the industry.
- Develop short- and long-term business plans for teams that are in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Coach staff to develop internal and external referral sources, including real estate agents, builders, financial planners/CPAs, attorneys, and other sources along with cross selling and referring bank products and services.
- Ensure sales effectiveness results are achieved and appropriate coaching/action is taking place.
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with fulfillment to ensure outstanding efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on activities and promotion strategies to attract new purchase business.
