We are looking for a strong salesperson who can enroll clients into our Zero to Profitable Franchise system, that has a track record of being a Top Performer.

**Experience selling high-ticket offers in the B2C online coaching, online consulting, business opportunity, or online info space is preferred.***

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily 1-on-1 Zoom meetings with prospects and influence primarily B2C leads to take action and buy our system
- Take Calls pre-arranged and scheduled by our appointment setters (booked calls and leads provided)
- Coach, and manage our appointment setters. Work effectively with them, to achieve maximum results
- Assist with sales strategy and process on an ongoing basis so we can always be improving and innovating
- Proactively engage with DM conversations via social media, call incoming leads, and email to book additional appointments and solidify sales
- Work with tech systems including Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, and CRM
- Following up with Prospects
- Learning and Mastery of Testimonials and Content
- Reviewing Previous Sales Calls to dial in and improve closing rate.
- Attending & Participating in Team Calls
Requirements
- Existing sales experience and proven sales track record (preferably in B2C, Online Coaching, Info Product Space)
- Experience in the franchise industry.
- Prior athlete and or competitor
- Strong ability to close and fueled by getting people “out of their own way”
- Is a top performer with high conversion, proven sales performance
- Excel in a high-performance sales environment
- Extremely outcome-focused and results-driven
- Loves adding massive value and contributing to the lives of others
- Reliable, strong, independent, and assertive self-starter
Compensation
- This is a commission only role with a draw for the first 90 days. (Start out with a forgivable draw)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
