CASH MANAGEMENT SALES OFFICER

Job Summary:

Provide Cash Management support to commercial, corporate and branches. Support including analyzing accounts for Cash Management products and services, contacting potential Cash Management customers, and providing written proposals. Execute integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Attain to the Cash Management production goals. Promote and service all the Cash Management products available at the bank.
• Identify Cash Management revenue sources and support the retention of existing clients.
• Collaborate with line of business partners to identify and drive client sales opportunities.
• Manage and distribute Cash Management production reporting and presentations to management.
• Develop and deliver new product training to internal customers to help drive sales, retain, and expand existing relationships.
• Analyze the profitability of existing business relationships/prospects and the price structures of the company to determine the banking products and services that best meet their needs.
• Support in the preparation of Cash Management documents and agreements in conjunction with the Relationship Bankers.
• Promote and answer questions regarding the various Cash Management products the bank offers.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints in accordance with FirstBank Florida excellent service policy.
• Answer customer questions and assist customers and prospects with regards to all Cash Management product features.
• Ensures effective customer retention and growth through ongoing sales and servicing initiatives.
• Ensures implementation of the Bank’s customer service philosophy in regards total customer satisfaction (knowledge, courtesy, appearance, responsiveness, accuracy and communication).
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Make sure corresponding reports are completely on a timely manner.
• Work in collaboration with Electronic Banking Services.
• Perform all other related position function.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Good mathematical and communications skills.
• At least 3 years in previous experience in a financial institution, preferable in Cash Management
• Good understanding of financial institution branch operational functions, products and services.
• Prefer one year of related Personal Banker functions.
• Effective human relations and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar job is required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
