Future Energy Saver is looking for an experienced Telemarketer Assistant Confirmation Manager / Dispatcher to help Hire, Train, Motivate and Retain telemarketers and canvassers to produce Quality Leads for our sales staff.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Interviewing potential employees for our marketing department.
• Must be able to train and motivate and retain our marketing staff to hit specific quotas.
• You are also responsible for helping with qualifying and dispatching leads to our sales reps in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel, Word, Power Point

Previous Telemarketing Management or Dispatching Experience is a plus but not required.
